What FileFixxr opens

• Formats: PNG, JPEG, WebP, TIFF and PDF.
• File size: up to 50 MB.
• Image size: up to 40 megapixels (width × height in pixels). A PDF page is rendered at 300 dpi and must also fit within this limit.

PDF and TIFF

• PDF: FileFixxr checks the first page. The PDF itself is kept, and a print PDF export keeps all its pages. PDFs that are damaged or password-protected cannot be opened.
• TIFF: a multi-page TIFF opens its first page and says so. 8-bit and 16-bit RGB, CMYK, greyscale and palette TIFFs open, uncompressed or with LZW, Deflate, PackBits or JPEG compression. 32-bit floating-point TIFFs and TIFFs with separate colour planes do not.

What FileFixxr does not open

PSD, AI, EPS, SVG and HEIC files are not opened. Export them from your design app as PDF or PNG and upload that instead.

Print size

You enter the print size in millimetres (or pixels for screen use). Sizes above 2,000 mm are treated as a typo and capped.

If FileFixxr refuses a file

• "This file is … MB; FileFixxr opens files up to 50 MB." Export a smaller version, for example as JPEG or PDF.
• "… isn't supported yet." Export it as PDF or PNG.
• "At … px this image is larger than the 40 megapixel limit." Export a smaller image.
• "This PDF page is too large to open at print resolution." Make the page smaller or export the artwork as an image.
