Endorr Cookie Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies endorr.com and Endorr Studio use. Read it together with our Privacy Policy (https://endorr.com/privacy), in particular sections 6.3 and 12.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as pixels and tags, let a website load code from another company that can read or set cookies. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of these.
2. Your choices
- When you first visit endorr.com, our cookie banner asks for your choice: Accept all, Reject all or Choose. With Choose you can switch Analytics (Google Analytics) and Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Pixel) on or off separately. Both are off by default.
- Nothing optional loads until you accept. Until then, no Google or Meta tag is requested at all. Your choice is passed to Google through Google Consent Mode v2.
- You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page. When you withdraw a category, we delete the cookies of that category that endorr.com itself can delete and reload the page.
- We store your choice, with the date and time, for 6 months. After that, or when we change the categories or the banner text, we ask again.
- If you refuse, Endorr works exactly the same.
3. Essential cookies
These are needed for sign-in, security, load balancing and remembering your cookie and language choices. They do not need your consent and cannot be switched off.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
endorr_consent | Endorr (endorr.com) | Stores your cookie choice, the date and time you made it and the version of the banner you saw | 6 months |
endorr_locale | Endorr (endorr.com) | Remembers your language (English or Dutch) | 12 months |
endorr_locale_chosen | Endorr (endorr.com) | Remembers that you picked the language yourself, so a link cannot change it | 12 months |
endorr_currency | Endorr (endorr.com) | Remembers whether prices are shown in euros or US dollars, based on your country (your country itself is not stored) | 12 months |
__Host-endorr_studio | Endorr (endorr.com) | Keeps you signed in to Endorr Studio (encrypted) | 30 days after your last visit |
__endorr_login | Endorr (endorr.com) | Short-lived security state while you sign in | 10 minutes, deleted after sign-in |
Signing in with "Login with Endorr" on auth.endorr.com uses Endorr's own essential sign-in cookies on that domain.
4. Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
These load only if you switch on Analytics, and only on the public pages of endorr.com.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google (Google Analytics) | Distinguishes visitors so we can count visits | 2 years |
_ga_<ID> | Google (Google Analytics) | Keeps the state of your visit | 2 years |
For Google Analytics, Google processes data on our behalf.
5. Advertising cookies and pixels (only with your consent)
These load only if you switch on Advertising, and only on the public pages of endorr.com.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
_gcl_au and other _gcl_ cookies | Google (Google Ads) | Measures which Google ads lead to a sign-up or purchase | 90 days |
Cookies on Google's own domains (for example IDE, test_cookie, NID) | Google (Google Ads) | Ad measurement and remarketing | Up to 13 months |
_fbp | Meta (Meta Pixel) | Recognises your browser to measure our ads and show you Endorr ads | 90 days |
_fbc | Meta (Meta Pixel) | Remembers the ad you clicked if you came from a Facebook or Instagram ad | 90 days |
Cookies on Meta's own domains (for example fr) | Meta | Ad delivery and measurement, only if Meta already knows you | 90 days |
Joint responsibility. For collecting data through these tags on our websites and sending it to Google or Meta, Endorr and Google or Meta (as applicable) are joint controllers. Google and Meta may also use the data for their own purposes as independent controllers, under their own privacy policies (https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy). Section 6.3 of our Privacy Policy explains this in full.
Cookies on Google's and Meta's own domains can only be deleted by you in your browser, or managed through Google's and Meta's own settings. Withdrawing consent on endorr.com stops the tags from loading again.
6. Where these tags never run
Analytics and advertising tags run only on the public pages of endorr.com. They never load in Endorr Studio, on share-link pages (/s/...), during sign-in or on studio.endorr.com, so the names of your files and folders and your share links are never sent to Google or Meta.
7. Fonts
We host our web fonts ourselves, so loading our pages does not send your IP address to a font provider.
8. Changes
We update this policy when the cookies we use change. The date at the top shows the current version. Previous versions are archived at https://endorr.com/legal/archive.
