Questions
What is a token?
Tokens pay for work that needs computing power. An upscale costs 20 tokens and every other paid action 10. Checking, exporting, in-browser vectorizing and standard mockups are free.
Do prices include VAT?
Business prices are shown excl. VAT. Consumers in the Netherlands and EU customers without a VAT number pay 21% VAT: Studio is then €18.09, Studio Duo €36.24, Studio+ €95.59 and Studio Pro €180.29 a month. EU businesses with a VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge).
Can I switch or cancel any time?
Yes. An upgrade applies straight away and you only pay the difference. A downgrade or cancellation takes effect on your next billing date. If you stop, you move back to Studio Free and your files stay downloadable.
What if I run out of tokens?
Before the action, Endorr shows how many tokens it costs and how many you have, and suggests the smallest pack that covers it.
Do tokens roll over?
Plan tokens roll over while your subscription is active. When you cancel, you can use them until the end of your paid period. Tokens you buy never expire.
Can I get a refund?
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal; used tokens are charged pro rata. For business customers tokens are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
Does a business account also get 49 free tokens?
No. A business organisation on Studio Free gets 0 tokens; start a trial or choose a plan.
How do I pay?
Through Mollie, monthly or yearly.
