Share or download a file in Studio

Create a file or folder link, choose its expiry, and download artwork from Endorr Studio.

Open Studio → Files and find the approved version before sending it. A share link can give someone outside your Endorr account access to view and download a file or folder.

Download a file

  1. Find the file in its folder or in the Files view.
  2. Open its More menu and select Download, or open the file’s details and use the Download button.
  3. Check the downloaded file’s name and version before passing it to production.

The Download action appears when your account has view access. If it is missing, ask an organisation administrator to check your permissions.

Create a share link

  1. Open the file or folder’s More menu and choose Share link. You can also open a file’s details and use Share link there.
  2. Choose when the link should expire, then select Create link.
  3. Select Copy link and send it to the intended recipient.

The share action is shown only when you have manage permission for the item. A folder link covers the folder rather than a single file, so check its contents before sending it.

Choose when the link expires

The current share panel offers 7 days, 30 days, 90 days and Never; 30 days is preselected. The confirmation shows the expiry date, or says the link does not expire. Pick a limited period for a time-bound approval. If the job will stay active longer, choose an expiry that matches the handoff.

Understand access

The panel states that anyone with the link can view and download, with no Endorr account required. Treat the URL as access to the shared item and send it through a channel appropriate for the artwork. Confirm the recipient and version before sharing, especially for a folder or a customer proof.

If the file you need is still temporary, see how to keep it in Endorr Cloud before relying on it for a long-running job.
