Upload artwork and choose where to keep it
Upload files in Endorr Studio, choose permanent or temporary storage, and find them again after upload.
Start in Studio → Files. The upload panel lets you choose the destination folder and, when Endorr Cloud is active, whether this upload is kept permanently or stored temporarily.
Upload from Files
- Open the folder where the artwork belongs, or select New folder first. You can also choose a destination in the upload panel when more than one target is available.
- Select Upload files, then Choose files, or drop artwork onto the Files view. The panel accepts multiple files and shows the progress of each upload.
- Wait for Upload complete before closing the panel. If a file fails, the panel names it; retry that file after checking the connection and the source file.
The current upload panel lists PDF, AI, PSD and TIFF among its accepted examples and shows a 2 GB per-file limit. A tool downstream may have narrower format requirements, so check the tool before starting production.
Choose permanent or temporary storage
When Endorr Cloud is available, Keep permanently in Endorr Cloud is on by default in the upload panel. A kept file counts toward the organisation’s storage allowance and remains until it is deleted. Turn the switch off before selecting files if you want a temporary upload that does not count toward that allowance.
The Files view shows the current temporary retention period and expiry information. Do not rely on a fixed number of days from an older help article: use the period displayed in your account. A temporary file can be kept later through Keep in Endorr Cloud in its menu or detail view when you have edit permission, Cloud is active and storage is available.
Find the uploaded file
The file appears in the folder selected for the upload. Use the Temporary and Kept tabs in Files to filter by storage class, or search by name in the current view. Open a file to see its details, storage status and available actions.
If the upload does not finish
Check the named failed file and the error in the upload panel. Confirm that the file is within the panel’s size limit, then retry. If a permanent upload is refused because Cloud storage is full, free space or use a plan with more room. If the issue persists, send the error text and file type to ezra@endorr.com; avoid emailing confidential artwork unless you have agreed on a safe way to share it.
Once the file is ready, you can download it or create a share link.
