Choose what your file is for (purposes)

The purpose tells FileFixxr how your file will be used, so it shows the right findings, fixes and export defaults.
After uploading, choose what the file is for. The purpose decides which findings FileFixxr shows, which fixes it offers and how the export is set up.

What changes per purpose
- T-shirt or textile is the only purpose that keeps blocking errors (for example a missing transparent background) and offers Make a printable version.
- Paper print runs FileFixxr's print checks for colour mode, bleed and colour profile, and switches on bleed and CMYK in the export by default. See Export a print-ready PDF.
- Screen, web or social judges size in pixels and exports a JPEG, or a PNG when the image has transparency.
- Fine-detail findings (thin lines, small text) count for stickers and paper print.
