  1. Check the organisation selected in Studio.
  2. Open Tools and find the product under On your plan.
  3. Use the product’s open button. External products open in a new tab; an internal product opens inside Studio.

Check the destination product and account before starting a job. Keep the original artwork and inspect the final output against your print provider’s requirements.

If a tool is not on your plan

The Not on your plan section explains whether a product needs an add-on or another plan. Use its action to review the access options. Enterprise and API products have a separate section with a route to the API site or sales.

Open Plan & billing to check the organisation’s subscriptions before purchasing access again.

If access looks wrong

Studio asks you to sign in again
Use the sign-in prompt to refresh subscription access, then return to Tools.
A paid tool appears locked
Confirm the selected organisation and check its Billing page. Note whether the subscription is managed externally.
The product opens but the job cannot continue
Record the product, the action and the exact error. Send those details to ezra@endorr.com so support can identify the failed step.
