Download a file from its menu or details. Image files get a preview thumbnail; other files show a placeholder.
Download a file
- In Files, find the file.
- Open its More menu and choose Download, or open Details and select Download.
Download appears when you have at least view access to the file. If it is missing, ask an owner or admin to check your access.
To download everything in your account at once, use the data export: see Export your data.
File details
Details shows the file name, type, size, storage (Permanent or Temporary), status, where it came from, when it was added and updated, and its location. Copy file ID copies the Endorr file ID, which stays the same when you rename or move the file. From details you can also open the file in a tool, for example Fix in FileFixxr or Create a mockup.
Previews
Endorr makes a preview thumbnail for image files (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF and AVIF) up to 50 MB. PDFs and other files show a placeholder with the file type and product. If a preview fails to load, the placeholder is shown instead; the file itself is not affected.
