Uploads, storage, Trash, share links and downloads.
- Download files and see previewsDownload a file from its menu or details. Image files get a preview thumbnail; other files show a placeholder.
- Folders, teams and who can see whatIn an organisation, folders and files have viewers, editors and managers. Access is inherited down the folder tree and can be granted to teams.
- What the recipient of a share link seesA file link opens a page with the file's details and a Download button; viewing does not count as a download. A folder link lists the files but cannot download them.
- Share a file or folder by linkCreate a link anyone can open without an Endorr account, choose when it expires and copy it. Studio Free workspaces can have up to 10 active links.
- Storage space and what happens when it is fullEach plan includes Endorr Cloud storage for kept files. When it is full, new permanent uploads are refused, but nothing is deleted.
- Temporary and kept filesKept files stay in Endorr Cloud until you delete them and count toward your storage. Temporary uploads are deleted after 7 days and do not count.
- Trash, restoring and deleting permanentlyDeleted files and folders stay in Trash for 28 days so you can restore them. Delete permanently or empty Trash to remove them for good straight away.
- Upload files to Endorr CloudUpload artwork in Studio → Files with the Upload panel or by dragging files in, choose the folder and whether to keep the file permanently.
