Storage space and what happens when it is full
Last reviewed Lees dit in het Nederlands
Each plan includes Endorr Cloud storage for kept files. When it is full, new permanent uploads are refused, but nothing is deleted.
How much storage you have
| Plan | Endorr Cloud storage |
|---|---|
| Studio Free | 10 GB |
| Studio | 500 GB |
| Studio+ | 1 TB |
| Studio Pro | 2 TB |
Storage belongs to the workspace and is shared by its members. Settings → Storage and Home show how much is used, split into kept and temporary files.
What counts
- Kept files count.
- Temporary files and files in Trash do not count.
When storage is full
- Files shows Endorr Cloud storage is full.
- New permanent uploads, and Keep in Endorr Cloud for temporary files, are refused.
- Temporary uploads keep working.
- Endorr never deletes files because you are over your storage.
- Endorr emails a warning when storage is nearly full and when it is full.
Free up space
- Delete kept files you no longer need. They go to Trash, which does not count toward storage.
- To free the space for good straight away, delete them permanently from Trash. See Trash.
- Or move to a plan with more storage: see Plans. Plans are changed by an owner or admin.
After a downgrade or cancellation to Studio Free, everything stays readable and downloadable; new permanent uploads wait until you are back under 10 GB.
