What PwrMockup's upload, download and saving messages mean, and how to fix them.
Uploading artwork
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| Use a PNG, JPEG or SVG file. | Convert the file. PNG and SVG keep transparent backgrounds. |
| This file is … MB. The limit is 25 MB. | Compress or resize the file. |
| This image is … megapixels. The limit is 40 megapixels. | Export it with fewer pixels. |
| This file is fully transparent, so there is nothing to place. | Export the artwork again with the design visible. |
| This file is not a valid … image. | The file is damaged or has the wrong extension; export it again. |
| This SVG contains scripts or embedded content. | Remove them and upload again. |
| This SVG links to external files or fonts. | Outline text and embed images, then upload again. |
| This Endorr file is not a PNG, JPEG or SVG. | PDF artwork needs a rendition first: export it as PNG or SVG. |
Downloading
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| Sign in with Endorr to download … px mockups. | Sign in, or choose a smaller size. |
| High-resolution downloads are not enabled in Endorr yet. | Choose 2400 px. |
| Endorr could not be reached. | Try again, or download a standard size. |
| The download failed: … Your mockup is unchanged. | Try again. If it says no tokens were used, nothing was charged. |
| The image could not be encoded. | Try a smaller size. |
| The tokens could not be refunded automatically. | Contact support with the time of the export. |
Saving
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| Your Endorr Cloud storage is full. | Free up space. See Storage. |
| The mockup could not be saved to Endorr. | Your download is not affected; try saving again later. |
| Browser storage is full. | Download the project file to keep a copy. |
| A mockup can hold 20 prints. | Remove one to add another. |
| Your Endorr session has ended. | Sign in again. |
