The difference: a monthly budget, and who may use it
WeTransfer’s pricing page lists its Free plan as 3 GB and 10 transfers a month, with links up to 3 days, for individual, non-commercial use only. Send one 3 GB file and your free month is used up. And a designer sending artwork to a client, or a print shop collecting files, is commercial use.
Endorr Transfer sends up to 3 GB in one transfer, free for links of up to 3 days, with no account and no monthly cap. Endorr’s terms cover business use, and files are stored in the EU. Longer links cost a few tokens, and you see the cost before you send.
Made for print files
Endorr Transfer is part of Endorr, the product that makes files print-ready. Designers send artwork to the printer; print shops collect files from customers. With an account, uploads can stay in your Endorr files, and you can check them for print problems before they go to production.
When WeTransfer fits better
If you send single files larger than 3 GB, Endorr Transfer cannot carry them. WeTransfer Ultimate has no transfer size limit, unlimited transfers and expiry, malware scanning and recovery of expired transfers.
Questions
Is Endorr Transfer really free?
Yes, for links of up to 3 days: up to 3 GB at a time, by email or link, without an account and with no monthly cap. A link that stays up longer costs tokens: 7 days is 5 tokens, 14 days 8 and 30 days 12.
Can I use WeTransfer Free for work?
Not according to WeTransfer: on 2026-11-05 its pricing page listed the Free plan as “for individual, non-commercial use only”, with 3 GB and 10 transfers a month. Endorr Transfer may be used for business.
Can recipients see my brand instead?
Yes, from the Studio plan ($15 / €14.95 a month). Recipients see your logo, and you can connect your own domain.
