AI training: off unless you opt in

The short version

• Endorr does not use your files to train, test or improve its AI models unless you opt in.
• It is off by default, also at sign-up (the box is unticked).
• The services work exactly the same whether you opt in or not.
• If you opt in, only Endorr's own models (such as PixlPilot) are trained. Your files are not shared with third-party AI providers.

Switch it on or off

1. In Studio, open Settings → Privacy.
2. Use the AI training switch. The status shows On since {date} or Off.

This setting covers files in your personal workspace.

Organisations

Files in an organisation follow the organisation's setting, not yours. Only owners and admins can change it, in Settings → Organisation. It is off by default and applies to every file in that organisation.

What opting in covers

• Only files uploaded while consent is on, and results made from them (Terms §6.3(b)).
• Before training, file metadata such as author names, EXIF data and file paths is removed.
• Training copies are kept for at most 3 years.
• By opting in, you confirm you have permission for any client or third-party artwork you upload. If you don't, keep AI training off.

Withdrawing consent

Switch it off at any time. From then on your files are not used for future training, and files collected under your consent are removed from the training datasets within 4 weeks. Models already trained are not retrained or deleted. Endorr keeps a record of when you gave and withdrew consent.

"AI training is now off for your account"

Existing accounts got this one-time notice and email: AI training was switched off for every account, including for files uploaded before. Switch it on in Settings → Privacy if you want to.
