Inactive free accounts
Endorr may close Studio Free accounts that have not been used for 12 months, after an email at least 30 days in advance (Terms §18.4). Signing in after the email keeps the account. Accounts in a paid organisation are not closed for inactivity.
Where your data is stored
Endorr stores databases and files in the European Union by default (Privacy Policy §7).
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Most of this you do yourself in Studio; otherwise email privacy@endorr.com. Endorr replies within one month. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.
