How tokens work

Tokens pay for metered actions such as an upscale or a FileFixxr repair. See what each action costs, where tokens come from, the order they are used in and when they lapse.
Tokens are prepaid units for metered actions in Endorr tools. Checking a file, exporting it and most editing are free; the actions below cost tokens.

The tool shows the cost before you confirm. If the work fails, the tokens go back to your wallet automatically.
Where tokens come from
Tokens belong to the workspace and are shared by all its members.
- Monthly plan tokens: 500 on Studio, 1,500 on Studio+ and 3,000 on Studio Pro, added with every paid month.
- Studio Free tokens: 49 a month for a personal workspace with a verified email address.
- PrintReadySheets add-on: 35 tokens with every paid month of the add-on.

Order of use and when tokens lapse
- Studio Free tokens are used first. They do not pile up: at the start of each calendar month the balance is reset to 49, so unused free tokens lapse.
- Then plan, add-on and purchased tokens. Unused plan tokens roll over to the next month for as long as your subscription is active. Purchased tokens never expire while your workspace exists, also if you move to Studio Free.
If you cancel, or your subscription ends because a payment was not made, unused plan tokens stay usable until the end of the paid period and then lapse (Terms §11.2). All unused tokens lapse when the workspace is deleted.
See your balance and usage
The token chip in Studio's top bar shows the balance. Settings → Plan & billing → Token usage shows the monthly and bought balances, when the free tokens top up, and the latest grants, purchases and spends.
Move tokens to another workspace
Owners can move bought and plan tokens to another workspace where they are an owner or admin, with Move tokens to another workspace under Plan & billing. Monthly free tokens stay where they are.
Refunds of tokens
Tokens have no cash value. For business customers they are not refundable. Consumers get a refund or credit for unused tokens in the cases listed in Terms §11.6, and keep the 14-day right of withdrawal. See Refunds and the 14-day right of withdrawal. If tokens were lost because of an error on Endorr's side, contact support.
