An organisation has one owner. Owners and admins can see and manage every file and folder in the organisation.

Change someone's role

Open Settings → Members and change the role on the member's row. Admins can make someone a member or an admin; the owner can also hand over ownership (see Transfer ownership). You cannot change your own role, and the owner cannot be demoted.

Remove a member

On the member's row in Settings → Members, choose to remove them.

  • They lose access to every file and folder in the organisation the moment you confirm.
  • Files they uploaded stay with the organisation.
  • Their Endorr account is not affected, and their seat becomes free.

Only the owner can remove an admin. The owner cannot be removed; transfer ownership first.

Teams

In Settings → Teams, owners and admins group members into teams. Grant a folder to a team and every member gets the same access. See Folders, teams and access.
