Personal workspaces and organisations

Every account has a personal workspace. Create an organisation to work with other people; each workspace has its own plan, storage, tokens and files.

Personal workspace

When you sign up you get a personal workspace. It has one member, you. You cannot invite people to it, leave it or delete it on its own (deleting your account deletes it).

Organisations

An organisation is a workspace for working together. You can create as many as you need.

  1. In Studio, open Settings → Organisation and choose New organisation (or use Create an organisation in the workspace switcher).
  2. Enter a name of 2 to 80 characters.
  3. You become its owner. Invite people from Settings → Members.

Creating an organisation needs a verified email address.

Each workspace is separate

Plans belong to a workspace, not to a person. Each workspace has its own:

  • plan and subscription,
  • Endorr Cloud storage,
  • token wallet, shared by its members,
  • files and folders.

Switching workspace in the sidebar changes all of these. Switching re-runs Login with Endorr for the chosen organisation.

Organisation ID

Settings → Organisation shows the Organisation ID. Include it when you contact support.

Rename or delete an organisation

  • Owners and admins can rename it in Settings → Organisation.
  • Only the owner can delete it. Deleting removes the organisation and every file in it; members lose access immediately. There is no self-service restore. The data is removed for good within 28 days.
  • An organisation cannot be deleted while a paid subscription still renews. Cancel it first.
  • Unused tokens lapse when the organisation is deleted (Terms §11.3A).
