Upgrade, downgrade or add seats
Last reviewed Lees dit in het Nederlands
Upgrades start once the prorated difference is paid. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Extra seats are prorated; removed seats run to the end of the period.
Owners and admins change the plan in Settings → Plan & billing.
Upgrade
- You pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period. It is charged to the payment method you used before. Differences under €1 are waived.
- The new plan starts once the payment clears.
- You get the prorated difference in monthly tokens straight away.
- If the payment method is declined, your plan does not change.
Upgrading to Studio Pro includes PrintReadySheets, so a running PrintReadySheets add-on is ended at the end of its paid period.
Downgrade
- A move to a smaller paid plan is scheduled for your next renewal. You keep the current plan until then.
- It is not possible while you have more members and open invitations than the smaller plan's seats. Remove members or revoke invitations first.
- Your unused plan tokens stay available; the new plan's monthly tokens apply from the next period (Terms §11.2).
- To go back to Studio Free, cancel the subscription.
Add or remove seats
On Studio+ and Studio Pro:
- Adding seats charges a prorated amount for the rest of the period.
- Removed seats stay active until the end of this billing period and are not charged after that. Seat fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- Downgrading to Studio drops extra seats.
Move a personal plan to an organisation
If you bought a plan in your personal workspace and later created an organisation you own, you can move the subscription there under Your personal plan on the Plan & billing page. Tokens already granted stay in the personal workspace.
