Cancel a subscription

Cancel at any time in Settings → Plan & billing. You keep the plan until the end of the paid period, then the workspace moves to Studio Free; your files stay readable.
Cancel
- Open Settings → Plan & billing in the workspace (owners and admins only).
- Select Cancel plan.
- Read what happens and select Cancel subscription.
No further payments are taken. Studio confirms how long access runs, and Endorr sends an email that the plan will not renew.
What happens next
- You keep the plan until the end of the paid period.
- Then the workspace moves to Studio Free.
- Your files stay readable and downloadable. Nothing is deleted because of the downgrade.
- If you use more than 10 GB, new permanent uploads are paused until you are back under that limit. Temporary uploads keep working.
- Unused plan tokens stay usable until the end of the paid period and then lapse. Purchased tokens stay (Terms §11.2, §11.3).
If a payment had already failed (status Payment failed) or was never completed, cancelling ends the plan straight away.
Changed your mind?
Until the paid period ends you can resume the plan from the same page. Billing continues from the end of the current period.
Refunds
Fees already paid are not refunded, except for the consumer right of withdrawal and where the law requires it. See Refunds and the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Subscriptions billed elsewhere
A PrintReadySheets subscription bought through the Shopify App Store is cancelled in Shopify, not in Studio. See PrintReadySheets with your Endorr plan.
