Verify your email address

Open the link in the verification email within 24 hours. Without a verified email you cannot upload files, create an organisation or accept invitations.
After you sign up, Endorr sends an email with the subject Verify your Endorr email address. Select Verify email in that email.
- The link works for 24 hours.
- If you ask for a new email, only the newest link works. Older links stop working.
What needs a verified email
- Uploading files to Endorr Cloud.
- Creating an organisation.
- Accepting an invitation to an organisation.
- Buying a plan (owners and admins with a verified email can check out).
- The monthly Studio Free tokens for your personal workspace.
Send the email again
In Studio, open Settings → Account. While your address is not verified, a banner says Verify your email to use every Endorr product. Select Send the verification email again.
The email does not arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder, and search for "Endorr".
- Check that the address under Settings → Account → Work email is correct. If it is wrong, see Change your email address.
- Send the email again (see above). Wait a few minutes: you can only ask for a limited number of emails in a short time.
- Still nothing? Contact support.
Completing a password reset by email also verifies your address.
