Error messages when you fix a file

What the messages mean when you fix a file, from files that are too large to repairs that could not be done, and why most of them say "Nothing was charged".

When a repair is refused

Endorr's image model sometimes refuses a repair because the result would not be good enough, for example "We couldn't enlarge this image without changing how it looks". Every such message says Nothing was charged. Try what it suggests: a smaller print size, a larger original, or a PDF with real text. "This preview expired" means you should start the repair again; "Try again in a minute" means the image model is busy.

If the tokens were not refunded, or the same error keeps coming back, use Help → Contact support on the fix screen; it adds the details for support. See Contact support.
