Not enough tokens

When an action needs more tokens than your workspace has, nothing is charged. Check the workspace, wait for the monthly top-up, or add tokens.
The message looks like: "This needs 2 tokens and 0 are left. Top up with a token pack or upgrade to …". Nothing was charged, and your balance never goes below zero.
Check first
- The right workspace? Tokens belong to a workspace. If your organisation has tokens but you are working in your personal workspace, switch workspace.
- Monthly tokens on the way? Studio Free tokens top up at the start of each month; plan tokens arrive with each paid month. Settings → Plan & billing → Token usage shows when.
- Email verified? A personal workspace only gets the free monthly tokens with a verified email address.
Get more tokens
- Move to a plan with more monthly tokens: see Plans.
- Buy a token pack: see Buy token packs. The message suggests the smallest pack that covers what is missing.
- If an organisation you own has tokens to spare, an owner can move bought or plan tokens to another workspace.
Only owners and admins can buy tokens or change the plan.
