Delete your Endorr account
Last reviewed Lees dit in het Nederlands
Deleting your account signs you out of every Endorr product straight away and cannot be undone. Your workspace and its files are deleted for good within 28 days.
Before you start, export your data if you want to keep a copy of your files.
Delete your account
- In Studio, open Settings → Account and select Delete my account…
- Read what happens, then select Continue.
- Confirm with your password and select Delete account.
What happens
- You are signed out of every product that uses Login with Endorr, straight away.
- Your personal workspace and its files, and any organisation you own where you are the only member, are deleted. They are removed from Endorr's systems for good within 28 days, and from backups within the same period.
- Files you added to organisations owned by other people stay with those organisations.
- This cannot be undone. There is no way to restore a deleted account.
- Unused tokens in a deleted workspace lapse (Terms §11.3A).
Some records are kept longer because the law requires it, such as payment records (see How long Endorr keeps your data).
When deleting is not possible yet
- You are the owner of an organisation that has other members. Transfer ownership first. See Transfer ownership or leave an organisation.
- A paid subscription still renews. Cancel it first in Settings → Plan & billing. See Cancel a subscription.
