Open a tool and check your access

Open FileFixxr, PwrMockup, PrintReadySheets or Endorr Cloud from Studio, and find out why a tool is locked.
Open Tools in Studio. The page has three groups:
- On your plan: tools you can open now. Select one to open it. The tool opens signed in with your Endorr account and in the same language as Studio.
- Not on your plan: tools that stay locked until you add them or move to a plan that includes them. Your files stay where they are.
- Enterprise and API: PixlPilot, which is offered as an API. See PixlPilot.
What each plan includes
| Tool | Studio Free | Studio | Studio+ | Studio Pro |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Endorr Cloud | Included | Included | Included | Included |
| FileFixxr | Included | Included | Included | Included |
| PwrMockup | Included | Included | Included | Included |
| PrintReadySheets | Add-on | Add-on | Add-on | Included |
Metered actions, such as a FileFixxr repair or an upscale, are paid for with tokens on every plan. See Tokens.
If a tool looks locked but should not be
- Check the workspace you are in. Plans belong to a workspace, so a tool your organisation pays for is not available in your personal workspace. Switch workspace in the sidebar.
- Open Settings → Plan & billing and check the plan and add-ons, and their status (for example Payment failed or Canceled).
- If a tool asks you to sign in again, do so: your Studio sign-in may have ended. See Sign-in problems.
- Still wrong? Contact support and include your organisation ID from Settings → Organisation.
