Token packs top up your workspace's wallet and never expire. See the pack sizes and prices, and who can buy them.
Token packs are one-off purchases that add tokens to your workspace's wallet. Purchased tokens never expire while the workspace exists, and are used after any monthly plan tokens.

Prices exclude VAT. A pack is paid once, through Mollie, and is not a subscription.
Who can buy
Only owners and admins of a workspace can buy tokens (Terms §11.4). The tokens are shared by every member.
How to buy
When a tool needs more tokens than you have, it tells you how many are missing and suggests the smallest pack that covers it.
Studio's Plan & billing page does not have a button to buy a pack yet. Until it does, contact support with your organisation ID and the pack you want. A plan with more monthly tokens is often better value: see Plans.
Refunds
For business customers, tokens are not refundable. Consumers can withdraw from a token purchase within 14 days; tokens already used are then paid for pro rata. See Refunds and the 14-day right of withdrawal.
