Pay for a plan

Who can pay

Owners and admins of a workspace with a verified email address. Members see Plan & billing as View only.

Steps

1. In Studio, switch to the workspace you want to upgrade and open Settings → Plan & billing.
2. Under Plans, choose the plan.
3. In Billing details for {workspace}, fill in: - Billing country (required): it decides the VAT on your purchase. - Company name (optional). - VAT number (optional): checked against the EU's VIES register. If you enter a VAT number, a company name is needed too.
4. Select Show total. You see the price excluding VAT, the VAT and the total.
5. Select Continue to payment to go to Mollie, Endorr's payment provider, and pay.
6. You come back to Plan & billing. The plan is active once Mollie confirms the payment.

Endorr remembers the billing details for the next purchase.

Payment methods

Mollie's checkout page shows the payment methods you can use. The first payment also authorises Mollie to collect the monthly renewals from the same payment method (Terms §10.3).

After paying

• The plan renews every month on the same day, until you cancel.
• The plan's monthly tokens are added to your wallet straight away and with every renewal.
• Owners and admins get an email receipt. See Receipts and invoices.

Entering a company name tells Endorr you are buying as a business. Without one you are treated as a consumer (Terms §2.2), which matters for the right of withdrawal.
