Endorr emails a receipt with a VAT breakdown to the owners and admins of the workspace after every payment.
Receipts by email
After every successful payment (the first payment, each monthly renewal, upgrades, extra seats and token packs) Endorr emails a receipt with the subject Receipt: … to every owner and admin of the workspace who has a verified email address.
The receipt shows:
- what was paid for and the date,
- the subtotal excluding VAT, the VAT rate and amount, and the total,
- the VAT note (for example reverse charge or outside the scope of EU VAT),
- the billing details you entered at checkout.
Invoices in Studio
Studio does not list or download invoices yet. If you need a copy of a receipt, or a document your administration requires, contact support with the workspace name, the date and the amount.
How long payment records are kept
Endorr keeps invoices and payment records for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires (10 years for EU consumer sales declared through the VAT One Stop Shop, where that applies). This also applies after you delete your account. See the Privacy Policy §8.
