Error messages in Studio and what to do
Last reviewed Lees dit in het Nederlands
What Studio's error messages mean, from "Your Studio session has ended" to "Endorr did not answer", and when to contact support with the reference.
| Message | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Your Studio session has ended. Sign in again to continue. | Your sign-in expired or was ended elsewhere. | Sign in again; you come back to the same page. |
| You do not have permission to do that in this organisation. | Your role or access level does not allow it. | Ask an owner or admin. See Members and roles. |
| That item is no longer available. | It was deleted, moved or you lost access. | Check Trash, or ask whoever shared it. |
| That conflicts with something that already exists. | For example a name that is already used. | Choose another name, or refresh the page. |
| Some of the details are not valid. | A field has a value Endorr cannot accept. | Check the form; the message may say which field. |
| Too many requests. Wait a moment and try again. | You did the same thing many times in a short time. | Wait a minute, then try again. |
| Endorr is not responding. Try again in a moment. | A temporary problem on Endorr's side. | Try again in a few minutes. |
| Login with Endorr did not complete. | Sign-in was interrupted. | Start again from Sign in. See Sign-in problems. |
Error references
Many messages end with (ref …), and a full-page error shows Endorr did not answer with Reference …. The reference lets support find exactly what happened. Use Try again first; if it keeps happening, select Contact support on that page, which adds the reference to the email for you. See Contact support.
"That is not in your workspace" means the page or file belongs to another workspace, or no longer exists. Switch workspace, or go back to Home.
