Last reviewed Lees dit in het Nederlands
What to do when the Windows app is offline, signed out, cannot start syncing, or a file did not sync.
| You see | What to do |
|---|---|
| You're offline. / Endorr: offline, retrying | Check your internet connection. The app keeps trying; files you already opened still work. |
| Syncing is paused. | Resume from the tray icon. Changes stay on this PC until you do. |
| You're signed out. | Sign in again with Sign in with your browser. This happens when the app's access was revoked, for example after disconnecting it under Settings → Connected apps in Studio. |
| Endorr: could not start syncing | Restart the app. If it persists, sign out and sign in again, then contact support with the message. |
| A file did not sync | Often the file is open in another program. Close it; the app retries. |
| A file is read-only for you in Endorr | You only have view access, so your change stays on this PC. Ask an owner or admin for edit access. |
| A "conflicted copy" appeared | The file changed on two devices; both versions are kept. Keep the one you want and delete the other. |
| Signing in did not finish. | Try again; make sure the browser can open the sign-in page. |
| Windows SmartScreen warns during install | The installer is not code-signed yet. Run it if you downloaded it from endorr.com. |
The app keeps a log at %LOCALAPPDATA%\Endorr, which never contains your files or passwords. Support may ask for it. Contact support with your app version (Settings → About) and what you see.
